938d17576b doxygen: Fix many warnings 
This commit fixes nearly all of the reported doxygen warnings.

I tried to not clutter the log with removed trailing spaces.
Removed whitespace and converted tab/spaces for all files affected by this commit
are in a separate branch.

d350aa4dd7 Fix aducrf101 builds with GCC 4.9+ 
Mixing LTO and libraries requires the use of gcc-ar instead of ar.

722b3258d1 Cleanup of the Contiki network layer configuration. Now using CONTIKI_WITH_IPV6, CONTIKI_WITH_IPV4, and CONTIKI_WITH_RIME in makefiles, and UIP_CONF_IPV6, UIP_CONF_IPV4, UIP_CONF_RIME in c code. Now only the stacks that are used are compiled (via makefile MODULES). Make IPv6 the default network stack. 2014-12-01 20:13:09 +01:00

3e193cca2c aducrf101: Rearrange stack and heap to maximize available stack space 
Stack now starts at the top of RAM, heap starts after BSS, and
they grow towards each other.

6db05caed9 Fix radio hangups when trying to transmit with radio off. 
The border-router tries to transmit and do other stuff after turning
the radio off, and the radio driver didn't handle that very well.
With this fix, it's no longer necessary to reset the border router
after starting tunslip6.

5fc0575e99 Makefile.include: support make clean all 
Historically $(OBJECTDIR) was created when Makefile.include is read.  A
consequence is that combining "clean" with "all" (or any other build
target) results in an error because the clean removes the object
directory that is required to exist when building dependencies.
Creating $(OBJECTDIR) on-demand ensures it is present when needed.

Removed creation of $(OBJECTDIR) on initial read, and added an order-only
dependency forcing its creation all Makefile* rules where the target is
explicitly or implicitly in $(OBJECTDIR).

1d113f52ad core/net/uip: Rename uip_ethaddr to uip_lladdr. 
There isn't really a good reason I can think of for these
to be different between IPv4 and IPv6.

ab8fe95864 Revert "Merge pull request #120 from Jeff-Ciesielski/stm32_cl" 
This reverts commit 029bc0ee27, reversing
changes made to a7b3e99644.

This uses LGPL libopencm3. While the patch doesn't include the code,
the resulting binary would force the release of all code as LGPL.

6b97fa8382 stm32f1x_cl: Fix stm32f107 linker script 
This is a critical fix which adds inclusion of the entire data/bss
section to the output ELF file.  Without it, the BSS section will not
be zeroed out

5c6018f0e2 stm32f1x_cl: Add initial support for STM32F1x connectivity line 
This currently supports the stm32f107, but support will be added for
the F105 shortly (missing a linker script and I can't properly test
without a devkit).
